There is no choreography and no pressure to perform. Participants are invited to move, dance, rest or simply be present while experiencing an uplifting blend of tribal rhythms, world music, mantras and conscious electronic sounds.

Honestly this was such a nice experience. I was a little unsure in the beginning because I never did ecstatic dance before, but after some cacao, breathing and music it became very easy to just relax and enjoy. Music was really good and the whole vibe was very positive. Some people were dancing a lot, some were just sitting or moving slowly, so there was no pressure at all. I also met some really nice people there. Only thing is come in comfortable clothes and dont eat too heavy before. Overall really enjoyed the evening and would do it again when I’m back in Rishikesh.
