Terms & Conditions

Last Updated: 14 August 2026

Welcome to Veraag Dream Journeys LLP ("Veraag", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Veraag website, platform, applications, booking services and related travel services.

By accessing our website, creating an account, making a booking or using any service provided through Veraag, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our website or services.

1. About Veraag

Veraag Dream Journeys LLP is a travel services company providing and/or facilitating access to travel-related services including, but not limited to:

  • Hotels and accommodation

  • Tours and holiday packages

  • Activities and experiences

  • Flights and air travel

  • Transportation and airport transfers

  • Travel-related services

  • Destination experiences

  • Other travel products and services offered through the Veraag platform

Certain services may be provided directly by Veraag, while others are supplied by independent hotels, airlines, tour operators, activity providers, transportation companies or other third-party suppliers ("Suppliers").

When you book a service through Veraag, you may therefore enter into a separate contractual relationship with the applicable Supplier in addition to your relationship with Veraag.

2. Acceptance of These Terms

By using Veraag, you confirm that:

  • You are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.

  • The information you provide is accurate and complete.

  • You will use the website and services lawfully.

  • You will not use the platform for fraudulent, abusive or unauthorized purposes.

  • You will comply with the applicable terms of the Supplier whose service you book.

If you are making a booking on behalf of another traveler or group, you confirm that you have authority to provide their information and accept these Terms on their behalf.

3. Website and Service Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that information displayed on Veraag is accurate and up to date.

However, travel services are subject to availability and may change due to Supplier policies, operational circumstances, government regulations, weather, transportation schedules and other factors.

Descriptions, photographs, facilities, room types, itineraries, timings and other information may be provided or updated by Suppliers.

The specific terms displayed at the time of booking and included in your confirmation will apply to your reservation.

4. Booking and Reservation

A booking request does not necessarily constitute a confirmed reservation.

A reservation is considered confirmed only when:

  1. The applicable payment or authorization has been successfully completed; and

  2. Veraag or the relevant Supplier has confirmed the reservation; and

  3. A booking confirmation, voucher, ticket or equivalent confirmation has been issued where applicable.

You should not rely on a reservation until confirmation has been received.

If payment has been made but confirmation has not been received, contact Veraag Support rather than making a duplicate booking.

5. Booking Information

You are responsible for ensuring that all information supplied during booking is accurate.

This may include:

  • Full traveler names

  • Date of birth where required

  • Passport information

  • Contact information

  • Travel dates

  • Flight details

  • Hotel requirements

  • Pickup locations

  • Special requests

  • Other information required for the selected service

Incorrect information may result in additional charges, inability to provide the service or cancellation.

For flights and other travel documents, names and identification details must match the applicable official travel documents.

6. Prices and Availability

All prices displayed on Veraag are subject to availability and may change before booking confirmation.

The final price payable is the amount displayed during the final booking and payment process, subject to applicable taxes, fees, Supplier charges and currency conversion.

Prices may include or exclude certain taxes, service charges, local fees, tourism taxes or other charges depending on the product.

Where mandatory charges are known and applicable, Veraag will endeavor to display them appropriately before completion of the booking.

7. Currency

Veraag may display prices in different currencies depending on website settings, destination, payment method or other factors.

Your bank, card issuer or payment provider may apply its own exchange rate, international transaction fee or currency conversion charge.

The amount appearing on your bank statement may therefore differ from the amount displayed on Veraag.

8. Payment

Payment must be made using the payment methods made available through Veraag or its authorized payment providers.

You agree not to:

  • Use another person's payment method without authorization.

  • Provide false payment information.

  • Attempt fraudulent transactions.

  • Circumvent payment systems.

  • Initiate unauthorized chargebacks.

A payment may remain pending or require additional verification before a booking is confirmed.

If your account has been charged but no booking confirmation has been received, contact Veraag before making another payment.

9. Booking Confirmation

Your booking confirmation may contain important information including:

  • Booking reference

  • Traveler details

  • Service details

  • Dates and times

  • Supplier information

  • Inclusions and exclusions

  • Cancellation conditions

  • Payment details

  • Pickup instructions

  • Check-in/check-out information

  • Other applicable conditions

You are responsible for reviewing your confirmation immediately after receiving it and notifying Veraag of any apparent errors.

10. Supplier Terms

Many services offered through Veraag are supplied by independent third parties.

Supplier terms may govern:

  • Cancellation

  • Refunds

  • Check-out

  • Baggage

  • Age restrictions

  • Activity participation

  • No-show policies

  • Changes

  • Supplier-specific fees

Where Supplier-specific terms apply, those terms form part of the conditions applicable to your booking.

Hotel facilities, room types, meal plans, check-in times, check-out times and services are determined by the relevant property.

Common meal-plan terminology may include:

  • EP: Accommodation only

  • CP: Accommodation with breakfast

  • MAP: Accommodation with breakfast and one additional meal

  • AP: Accommodation with breakfast, lunch and dinner

Definitions may vary by property.

Room preferences such as bed type, floor, view, connecting rooms or special requests are generally subject to availability unless expressly guaranteed in writing.

Early check-in and late check-out are not guaranteed unless confirmed by the hotel.

12. Tours and Activities

Tours and activities are subject to their individual itineraries, operating conditions and Supplier policies.

Schedules may change because of:

  • Weather

  • Safety conditions

  • Traffic

  • Local regulations

  • Supplier operational requirements

  • Force majeure events

  • Other circumstances beyond reasonable control

Travelers must comply with the safety instructions, eligibility requirements and instructions of the activity provider.

Age, height, weight, health, fitness, accessibility or other restrictions may apply to certain activities.

13. Flights

Flight bookings are subject to the applicable airline's fare rules, conditions of carriage and operational policies.

Flight schedules, routes, baggage allowances, seats and other conditions may be changed by the airline.

For flight-related matters including:

  • Delays

  • Cancellations

  • Schedule changes

  • Baggage

  • Missed flights

  • Check-in

  • Rebooking

the applicable airline's rules and policies may apply.

Travelers should verify flight information before departure and arrive at the airport sufficiently early for check-in, baggage, security and boarding procedures.

14. Transportation and Transfers

Transfers and transportation are subject to the applicable Supplier's vehicle, route, passenger and luggage conditions.

Travelers must provide accurate pickup and drop-off information.

If a flight-linked transfer is booked, travelers should provide accurate flight information.

Additional charges may apply for:

  • Changes to pickup locations

  • Additional waiting time

Veraag may forward special requests to the relevant Supplier.

Examples include:

  • Specific bed type

  • Accessibility requirements

  • Dietary requests

  • Celebration arrangements

  • Airport assistance

  • Other reasonable requests

Special requests are not guaranteed unless expressly confirmed.

The Supplier may charge additional fees for certain requests.

16. Cancellation

Cancellation rights depend on the individual booking.

Each booking may have its own cancellation deadline, cancellation charges and refund conditions.

Some bookings may be:

  • Fully refundable

  • Partially refundable

  • Refundable until a specified date

  • Non-refundable

  • Non-changeable

The cancellation policy displayed at the time of booking and included in your confirmation will govern the applicable reservation.

A cancellation request is not considered completed until it has been acknowledged or confirmed by Veraag or the applicable Supplier.

17. Refunds

Where a refund is applicable, the refund amount will be determined according to the applicable booking and Supplier policy.

Refund processing may require verification or approval from the Supplier.

Once Veraag processes an approved refund, the time taken for the amount to appear in your account may depend on your bank, card issuer or payment provider.

Veraag is not responsible for delays caused solely by banks or third-party payment processors.

18. No-Show

Failure to appear for a booked service may be treated as a "no-show."

A no-show may result in:

  • Loss of the booking

  • Cancellation of the reservation

  • Additional charges

  • Loss of refund eligibility

No-show conditions depend on the applicable Supplier.

19. Travel Documents and Visas

You are solely responsible for ensuring that you possess all documents required for your journey.

These may include:

  • Valid passport

  • Visa

  • Electronic travel authorization

  • Identity documents

  • Travel insurance

  • Tickets and vouchers

  • Other destination-specific documents

Visa and immigration decisions are made by the relevant government authority.

Veraag does not guarantee visa approval or admission into any country.

Depending on the circumstances, alternatives may include:
