How do I cancel my booking?
Cancellation depends on the cancellation conditions attached to your specific booking. Open your booking confirmation and review the cancellation deadline, applicable charges and refund conditions.
If cancellation is permitted, submit the cancellation request through the available booking/account option or contact Veraag Support with your booking reference.
A cancellation is not considered complete until you receive confirmation from Veraag.
