What happens if an activity is cancelled due to weather?
Weather-related cancellations are generally handled according to the activity operator's safety policy. If an operator determines that an activity cannot safely operate, the available options may include rescheduling, an alternative activity or a refund, depending on the supplier's terms.
Veraag will communicate the available options once the supplier confirms the cancellation.
