What should I do if I cannot find my hotel or transfer driver?
First check your booking voucher for the hotel's address, contact details, pickup location and emergency instructions.
For transfers, remain at the designated pickup point and check the meeting instructions carefully. Make sure your phone is reachable and that you have provided the correct arrival information.
If the driver or service provider does not arrive within the specified waiting period, contact the supplier using the details in your voucher and Veraag Support as soon as possible.
