What should I do if my tour or activity operator does not arrive?
Check your voucher for the exact pickup time, meeting point and supplier contact number. Some operators have a defined waiting period and may not enter hotel premises.
Remain at the stated pickup location and attempt to contact the operator. If you are unable to reach them or the waiting period has passed, contact Veraag Support immediately.
Provide your booking reference, location and current contact number so the issue can be investigated quickly.
